At Wellesa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
๐ Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact
A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required
We do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
Hygiene-related items like posture correctors, knee supports, etc., after opening
Free gifts or promotional items
๐ธ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank)
Shipping charges are non-refundable
In case of prepaid orders, the full amount (excluding shipping if applicable) will be refunded
๐ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a size exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size.
๐ฆ How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@mywellesa.com within 7 days of delivery
Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product photo (if applicable)
Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process
๐ Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or wrong item sent, we will arrange a free pickup.
If returning due to a personal reason (e.g., size, preference), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
โ Important Notes
Refunds are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer, so ensure correct bank details are shared
Wellesa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
